Guests have access to a beautiful pool, a well-equipped gym, and a fun game room. For those looking to unwind, there’s also a private wellness center with three saunas and a hot tub, available for an additional fee—a wonderful way to end a day spent exploring the area.

The owners are exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist or offer local recommendations, which gave our visit a very personal and welcoming touch.

The location is ideal—centrally located with easy access to the High Tatras, Levoča, and nearby attractions. Whether you enjoy hiking, sightseeing, or just relaxing, this place is the perfect base.

Property and location: The property is located in a small, quiet town with plenty of shopping options and a good selection of restaurants. The location is particularly convenient for day trips: you can reach the mountains in about 15–20 minutes. The house itself is exceptionally well-maintained, beautifully furnished, and feels very tidy and thoughtfully laid out. The orientation tour of the apartment, spa, and other common areas was very thorough and helpful, allowing guests to easily find their way around from the start. A major plus is that the fitness center, spa, and pool can be reserved privately, giving guests exclusive use of these facilities. The owner is exceptionally attentive and does everything possible to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

Apartment: The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and with great taste. The rooms are bright, warm, and cozy, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. Both the bathroom and the kitchen are spacious and very well-equipped—nothing is missing. In addition, the apartment features a well-organized folder in several

languages with extensive information on local sights, attractions, and restaurants, which makes your stay even more enjoyable.

Spa, Pool, and Common Areas: The spa area and pool are exceptionally well-maintained and very clean. We didn’t lack for anything. The fireplace in the wellness area, in particular, creates an extra, very relaxing atmosphere. There is an additional fee for using the wellness area, which includes two saunas, a hot tub, and a steam room—a charge we consider entirely fair, especially given the quality of the facilities and the option for private use.

A perfect mini-wellness area with everything available for an extra fee. The only way to cool off is with a shower. Pool, billiards, and soccer are included in the price. The host was very friendly. We were delighted to find a Pilsner welcome drink in the fridge and coffee in the room! Thank you!

The villa’s amenities are top-notch—the indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind after an active day in the mountains. Everything is very well maintained and clean. There are plenty of towels and bath towels available. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible on foot in about 10 minutes. Overall, it’s a great place to relax, enjoy nature, and feel completely at ease. The value for money is excellent. We’ll definitely be back!
